These prices include :
– Accomodation
   Lodging for children under 12 years old sharing a room with 2 adults is free.
– Access to the common areas of the hotel (parking, beach, pool,...)
– Local tax.

– Continental breakfast is free for children under 6 years old. Between 6 and 12 years old, it will be charged 10 euros. After 13 years old, 16 euros. 

Check in time from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM - Check out time before 11:00 AM.

All the rooms are non-smoker

DEPOSIT:
30% will be charged on your credit card - balance due at your arrival day

CANCELLATION:
More than 48 hours prior arrival: 40 euros: booking fees
Less than 48 hours prior arrival: no refund of your deposit (30%)
Early check out / no show: no refund of your deposit

* CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR EVE: December 20th to January 4th:
A minimum stay of seven nights is required for this period

DEPOSIT:
At the reservation: 50% will be charged on your credit card  - balance due at your arrival day

CANCELLATION:

More than 15 days prior arrival: 40 euros: booking fees
Less than 15 days prior arrival: no refund of your deposit (50%)
Early check out / no show: no refund of your deposit

ANNUAL CLOSING:
The hotel will be closed from August 27th to October 23rd.
